Bethany Mingione is a wife, mother, and very passionate sourdough baker eager to meet her new community in Monroe Michigan.

Sourdough bread baking took hold of her heart in the summer of 2022, rekindling all the joy of her childhood baking. 2022 also marked the exciting birth of her sourdough starter, named Josie and it’s such a testament to her dedication.

Since then, she’s been constantly adapting recipes, adding her own unique touch to each creation. Bethany’s extensive experience in the food industry translates into meticulous attention to detail. Every product she offers is prepared, baked, and packaged with the utmost love and care – a promise she brings with her, and will always uphold.
