Hi there! I’m Bethany, and I am so incredibly grateful you’re here.

For the last two years, my family and I have been planting our roots right here in Monroe, and this community has truly captured my heart. Life is beautifully full these days—from my incredible role as a wife, Mama and homemaker, to staying active with our church family, and walking alongside others in their journey toward recovery, this life has been full of answered prayers.

My own journey is one of grace and second chances. This year marks nine years since I walked away from heroin and began living a life clean and full of purpose. To me, sourdough is a lot like life: it requires patience, a lot of nourishing care, and the belief that something beautiful can grow from the simplest beginnings.

My sourdough journey began in the summer of 2022 when I started my bubbly companion, Josie. Since then, baking has rekindled the pure joy I felt in the kitchen as a little girl. With every loaf I hand-shape and every package I wrap and seal, I’m sending a piece of that joy and a whole lot of love straight to your home.
